The Home That Frost Built

Nikolas Frost doesn't worry about rewarding the good like his more famous brother. Instead he punishes adults for their transgressions. Though he has been in an unofficial retirement for a couple of centuries now, when passing through a city, he is drawn to a specific type of depravity and finds a family in need of his talents.
What starts with a night of punishment grows into something more, as Nik sends the truly depraved away for their crimes, he rescues and rehabilitates those that need it. The family slowly grows as more people join it, turning the house into a home.
